We stayed at this hotel passing through on the way to NC. The price we paid for what we got was awesome. We got in a little late, but I'd called ahead to let them know our ETA and when I got there, check in took 2 minutes as they already had everything ready to go. The room was as clean as any other hotel I've stayed at recently. We did not eat the complimentary breakfast since I knew we would be stopping at the conveniently located Starbucks or Dunkin on our way back to the interstate. I would absolutely stay here again.
I stay a night or two monthly for medical/business reasons. Just about every time we go, there is an issue (a minor one) with a room (phone doesn't work, bed busted, a/c unit isn't working correctly) BUT the friendly, hard-working staff ALWAYS take time to fix it and/or give us a different room without an issue. The staff's awesome attitude is what keeps me coming back!!!! :)
This was probably my last stay here as I can no longer strictly blame guests for the smell of marijuana that permeates the atmosphere. Upon initial room inspection I discovered very thick dust coverage. Shown in picture
This is my first time visiting this area, made the trip to meet some of my boyfriends family when he came down to visit. Choice this hotel because I've always had good experiences staying with Best Western and the standards for clean comfortable rooms is something I prioritize. Was not disappointed at this location and would definitely stay here again when I come to the area again! Staff was super friendly and accommodating and made my stay pleasant.
Was a pleasant stay. Quiet area. A bit dated but pretty clean and no bugs after extensive search. Price was good. I would definitely recommend due to price, comfortable stay and nice staff.
Alexandria and Marelyn both work the front desk and made me feel safe, and comfortable with every stay. They were the main reason I continued to book this hotel again and again. If I come back to Augusta I would choose to stay here again. They made the experience for sure. The location is top tier. The hotel is near multiple food options, grocery stores and sweet treats spots.
After staying overnight at a subpar hotel, it was wonderful to come to Best Western Plus. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and we'll chosen to represent the company. The bed was like a dream, pillow were soft and fluffy, the shower had nice pressure. The room overall was impeccably clean. I have such a great night's rest and woke up to a delicious hot breakfast. I will be recommending this facility to everyone I know that is traveling. Five stars isn't enough I give the hotel 10 out of 10!
Marilyn was awesome, had some problems with my shower and she took care of it! If i could give her ten stars i would. Get that woman a raise!
